C-15 SEDNET LSF contract 2013-14.
Issue/Rationale
The SEDNET grant serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties. Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) will provide funding for parent and professional training, data collection, coordination, etc. for the Family Service Planning Team/Child and Family Staffing Team.
The contract provides extra services to emotional/behavioral disabled children and children at risk of serious emotional/behavioral problems.
Recommended Action
Approve Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. contract for 2013-14.
Financial Impact
Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) will provide additional funds to the SEDNET project of $115,996.00. There is no cost to The School District of Clay County.
